How about testing the 4ms response Viewsonic claims for their latest LCD monitors. Has anyone done an "How To" article on Video Capture via an AIW Card?
Either from a Camcorder,VCR,and editing same.
Anand,
Wow, not a fan of New Haven style pizza? So where in Fairfield do you go? Fairfield not being the mecca for pizza in CT that New Haven is; my curiousity is overwhelming.

1. What happend to the theatre 550 article (no mention today so was it pushed backa gain?)
2. Did you see SinCity in a digital theatre? If not then you missed out as the movie is all about the visuals and a digital theatre realy makes a difference with this one.
#1: The nForce 4 chipset does. I think the latest VIA one does two (not sure). I have no ide about the SiS one though.
Anand, hate to complain, but what's going on with the price guides? When that new guy took over, he promised new guides in each category every month- now its more like on category each month. Four months old is pretty damn old for a computer hardware review. I wanna build a new A64 "Value OC" rig (as you call it) relatively soon (in late June), and it looks like I'm gonna get it mid-June at the earliest, when I would wanna be ordering parts. I'm not saying new product reviews aren't important, but if you have one of your members promise a certain amount of guides each month, you should make sure they deliver. Not flaming or cyber-scolding, just wishing the guides would come out a little faster.
Hi Anand! Since INTEL has moved up the launch of the
840XE chip to mid-April in another PR strike, would you make sure that you include power measurements for the chip? That´s one of the aspects I haven´t seen covered anywhere yet. Thanks in advance.

While you are doing the NCQ tests, how about considering throwing in some other NCQ drives than just the Seagate. The DM10/MaxLine3 are quite common.jkresh - Monday, April 11, 2005 - link

Was wondering if the NCQ is a feature that can be added with a firmware upgrade to the hardrivesRajeev - Sunday, April 10, 2005 - link
P.S. the first line should read "the Via one does too. I have no idea..." Trying to type too fast :DAnd I hope I didn't come out bitchy on the second part, just stating a wish. :)
